Band appears to be "going long" for mainland European stations at this time (1914 UTC time, 1914 local time at the receiver location in the Southwest UK.   Portuguese language comms, likely free banders / out banders or Echo Charlie EC 6.6 MHz band guys - 45 meter band.

Signal strength fading rather dramatically as the band conditions are changing
