Portuguese language comms, very busy frequency!  3.300 MHz 3300kHz LSB 3,300 LSB 3,300.0 3.300.0 MHz LSB.  Portuguese language comms.  I believe I've logged comms on this frequency in the past, both in LSB and USB mode.  Likely maritime / marine radio comms, although the use of lower side band is somewhat odd and makes me think it might be outbanders / freebanders.
