Santo Domingo heard very clearly.  Tell-tale marine engine motor noise in the background.  Two OMs talking, very informal.  Operating in the 90 meter shortwave broadcast band 3200 kHz - 3400 kHz.  3.290MHz USB 3290kHz USB
