Via G8JNJ SDR - Wessex UK SDR - South West UK.  UNID language, sounds like the typical fishery radio chatter.  Not chanters...also, these guys are running upper side band.  Right on 7000.0 kHz 7.000 MHz 7.000MHz USB pirate intruders 40m band 7 MHz band.

Lots of CW signals, mostly on 7001 kHz, but also on 7002 kHz and 7002.5 kHz, not sure if those are ham operators trying to get these guys to QSY down below 7.000 MHz...of course, there are other signals right on 6999 kHz USB and 6996 kHz USB, among others.  Lots of weak SSB signals in the 6900 kHz - 7000 kHz region.
