Excellent reception.  Had not recalled a transmission on this frequency at this hour.  WWCR uses it between 300-500 utc per eibi,
WWCR lists as a frequency on website chart but also not at this hour.  Dr. Scott's programs is on WWCR but not on this frequency, nor at this time.

1427 Instrumental (religious?) music with OM giving phone number every so often 800-338-3030, mentions of Dr. Scott
1430 OM begins preaching
1442 YL with religious talk
