Station was broadcasting a Dutch song earlier so possibly a Dutch pirate?
Not exact on frequency: 5940.5 KHz

This is the second version of the Dutch Radio Europe/Europa,
quite alike the first version on 6130 (but almost never in parallel).

No info about the status of this station, on 5940.56
