Likely fishermen / fisheries traffic, sounds like Asiatic language, as Australian and Asian maritime weather broadcasts are coming in on the 8 MHz marine band, that checks out.  This is via the Wessex UK SDR located in the South West UK.  Received time 1900 UTC on 9 February 2026. 

7.935 MHz USB 7,935kHz USB 7935.0 kHz USB UNID fishermen fisheries fishing trawlers with diesel engine noise.  Fishery radio.  HF marine radio comms outside of the legal marine bands.  Good old fixed/mobile services allocation. 
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
