Repeating numbers 0,1,2,& 5 in morse code on 15850Khz CW mode at 1535 UTC

I am listening on the Univ of Twente SDR in the Netherlands. I am hearing these repeated numbers in this sequence:

00000000
111111112
55555555555

No listings that I can find on this. Any ideas?
