2221 UTC: Music started again, but then stopped and started several times.

2228 UTC: Noise/data burst (I didn't see an image on the waterfall), then "Avenida Revolucion (Live)" by Chickenfoot. Thinking this might be Thunder Chicken Broadcasting.
