1900z-1930z   15165kHz via ISS to East Africa Amharic? Somali? BBN Radio
Copied today - fair to poor - really got wacked by noise at about 1903z till 1905z or so, then again at about 1911z then tough copy from 1915z-off at 1930z.
will post first few minutes on 30 below blog
