started as : 7790kHz, Unusual, NBFM, pirate playing Techno dance

7790kHz, Unusual NBFM, pirate playing Techno dance, Possibly SW UK, Ireland or Northern France ? Heard 17:45 SW UK.

Very distorted due to excessive deviation, with weak 19KHz spaced sidebands (pilot tone ?)

on 7789.9 NBFM  via Kiwi SDR (nothing at home)
2011 music, fair audio,
2023 Kaoma "La lambada"
passband : only 2x4 kHz, nothing more
the carrier appears when the audio level is low
2028 non stop so far
>> I have tried a lot of KiwiSDR, it's very strong in SW England, then nothing, then weak at longer distances
2102 Abba "Gimme ...", 2105 "La isla bonita", etc... 80's
2119 "Final countdown"   2135 "La lambada"
2145 "What is love" again : a 1h11min long programme in a loop

Strange behaviour on the KiwiSDR : end at 2211 UTC in one place,
going on for a faew minutes in another place in S. UK
