Receiver:  Wessex SDR - "Flydog SDR" located in the South West UK.  Very good receiver, excellent noise floor. 

6684 kHz USB and 6685 kHz LSB active with voice comms...also seems like there's folks speaking Asian language mixing in down in the noise.  .
