I tried to receive RHC on several frequencies between 2230 UTC 16 Mar and 0005 UTC 17 Mar, I received no transmissions including on the reliable 6000 and 15230 frequencies.  I am aware of a reported Island wide power outage.

Methinks the next broadcast we hear from Havana is the newest ESPN Deportes Radio affiliate.

On a side note beaming into Cuba, Radio Martí is now covering the Venezuela/Italy baseball game on 7435 and 9820.

Tecsun H501x (broadcast received on this unless noted), Zenith T/O G500, Zenith T/O Royal 7000, Emerson AR-176, Zenith 8S154, T/O 7G605 (Bomber), Tecsun PL-600, Tecsun PL-880, Zenith 5S320, Realistic DX 160 using 40 feet of copper wire.  With apologies to Senator Gramm for his thoughts on firearms, "I have more radios than I need but not as many as I want."

1100 UTC 17 MAR

Nothing received on the four RHC frequencies (9710, 11760, 15140, 15230) scheduled to transmit now.

1400 UTC

No reception on 6000 beaming almost due north with 250 kW.  This does bode well for the Cuban Spy Numbers.  With the interruption in daily broadcasts, Pedro will lose his place, undoubtedly, on his one time pad and errantly transmit a message as "Trade Yordan Alvarez for whale oil".  😬
