SDRplay RSP2/RSPdx  w/SDRuno or SDRconnect SW ; N-S 43M Dipole /  Disclaimer: Shazam/Sound-Hound used to ID many songs.

Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

S7ish signal and fair to good audio heard via the SDR in Shrewsbury, Vermont ...

0125 UTC: Electronic music down in the noise.
0126 UTC: MIDI instrumental version of "Missionary Man" by Eurythmics.
0128 UTC: Phone sound effect into MIDI instrumental song that I don't recognize.
0130 UTC: Old-school modem sound effect, followed by another MIDI instrumental.
0134 UTC: Computer voice with Zero Page Radio ID. That was followed by another MIDI instrumental.
0139 UTC: More modem sound effects into another MIDI instrumental song.
0141 UTC: Ute interference and noise are all but covering the music now.
0143 UTC: ID again by computerized voice. He then said some more that was lost in the noise.
0144 UTC: Another MIDI instrumental song.

Good to hear you, Zero Page Radio!

0144 Midi robotic music
0147 new song - don't recognize this one either
0150 weird sounds blending with the ute QRM, then new song
0154 "You are tuned to Zero Page Radio. I am your host Sam" into next song - is this "Respect"?
0157 new song
0159 new song, just hear drumbeats
0202 Sam gives ID and email for QSLs and "Keep 43 meters weird", into next song
0205 next song
0209 phone dial beeps, old modem sounds; next song
0212 I can't tell if the tune changed, but it sounds it

I still think that this stuff sounds like cheesy music played by robots for a robot wedding reception.  I played many wedding receptions in my youth - I wish I had this back then!!
Please EQSL to [email protected]
Shrewsbury VT SDR
SINPO 43343 terrible storm static; a bit better using Ashland MA SDR
