Weak but audible under WWV at the Holland, Massachusetts KiwiSDR. Started with a QSO in a language I can’t identify because of the weak signal, then someone sending a 1 kHz tone. Tone has been going a few minutes now but cuts out for a few seconds at a time. Some people still trying to talk under the tone.
