Signal was very weak at the start, but is getting better, Originally 1 to 2 out of 10, now 4 to 5 (0117 utc) fading over time to only a line was visible on the waterfall from Washington DC kiwiSDR (side monitored web stream to complete the list)

I also tried many other SDR's having very little luck, just not a good day for radio.

SSTV image ... station was fading out towards the end of broadcast, so sstv image was very noisy.
