I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise. Listening via the SDR in Presque Isle, Wisconsin, which is receiving a noisy S9+ signal and OK audio that's a bit down in the noise ...

0204 UTC: "Rhapsody in the Rain" by Lou Christie.
0206 UTC: Tony, the host, said something into the next song, "Tu non lo sai (foreign language version of 'Breaking Up is Hard to Do')" by Neil Sedaka.
0208 UTC: Tony talking about the just-played song, then IDs into "Percolator (Twist)" by Billy Joe & The Checkmates.
0210 UTC: Tony talking again and giving an ID before introducing the next song, "Mother and Child Reunion" by Paul Simon.
0213 UTC: "Down By the Lazy River" by The Osmonds.
0216 UTC: "Good Golly Miss Molly" by The Swinging Blue Jeans.
0218 UTC: ID and then email information given into "Surfin' Bird" by The Trashmen.
0221 UTC: "It Ain't the Real Thing" by Bobby "Blue" Bland.
0224 UTC: Tony giving greetings in Spanish to South America, followed by "Dime Dime" by Los Ángeles.
0227 UTC: Email address given again, followed by "Pretty Belinda" by Chris Andrews.

Thanks for the rebroadcast of Pop Shop!

0158  'Beef Jerky' by John Lennon
0201 'California Nights' by Lesley Gore

0212  'Mother and Child Reunion' by Paul Simon

VERY BIG signal  10 to 20 over S-9 on Traverse City Michigan kiwi-sdr  http://kiwi.k8bmz.net:8073/

Note to operator, hopefully you read these logs:
Your audio is on the edge of being over-modulated--- with such a big signal, you should edge the audio input down just a bit...

The biggest problem here is that I note much 'DJ chatter' when songs are ending,
but it is completely overwhelmed by the music making it almost totally unintelligible to me---!
(I think you attempted to give an email address at some point, but I had no chance to decipher that--)

If you are going to try to TALK over the music, you need to lower the music audio quite a bit when you do,
if you want to be understood!

(not intended to be critical, just to help!)

Regardless, glad to hear you on a Sunday night!

0218 Pre-recorded ID [email protected] request for reception reports--
THAT I could understand, hope I got it right!

0244  VERY copy-able ID with no music background which may have been pre-recorded, and into an SSTV signal

0250  EXCELLENT and very clear pre-recorded ID at the end, then OFF.

GOOD LUCK, 'Pop Shop Radio'!   and thanks for the show tonight, I enjoyed your musical selections!

The voice only should be louder over the music and EQed for more upper midrange.

This only Tony can fix and maybe he will in his future shows.

Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for tuning in.

Caught the tail end of this broadcast.  Audio was good except for the voice over stuff, the voice was too low for me to understand. Otherwise, good tunes and booming signal.

Points well taken on the audio. I thought there were issues with that particular show. I'll adjust accordingly
