Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise. Strong signal in western NY, SINPO 55555

2353z  Electronic music, trying to Shazam it - looking for more of a melody I guess! Ah, there it is: "Neural Theta Flow Oasis Ascend"
0009z  More electronbic music, finally IDed by Shazam as "Burned with Desire (Rising Star Mix; Asot 116)
0009z  Seems to be done, dead air

Drake R8B, 700' long wire aimed west, also strong signalon my 200' southeast wire

QSLs always appreciated and meticulously archived at jim(dot)renfrew(at)gmail(dot)com
