Poor to fair and noisy signal being heard directly here northeast of Seattle; the Northern Utah SDR is receiving an S7 to S9 signal and pretty good audio amid moderate noise levels ...

0033 UTC: Female-voiced Mix Radio International ID, followed by "Candida" by Tony Orlando.
0036 UTC: "Cherish" by The Association.
0040 UTC: Male-voiced ID for MRI into "China Girl" by David Bowie.
0044 UTC: ID and "Time Machine" jingle into "Goodbye to Love" by The Carpenters.
0048 UTC: "Call It Love" by Poco.
0053 UTC: "Back & Forth" by Aaliyah.
0057 UTC: Female-voiced ID: "Broadcasting from the United States of America, this is M.R.I., Mix Radio International." That was followed by "Everyday People" by Sly & The Family Stone. The audio coming in directly on my radio's still weak, so I've been listening mostly via the SDR.
