Anyone catch the *VOLMET on same frequency?
Not published on web as an active frequency, but noticed the weak station once Wolverine Radio went QRT.
Just a faint streak on my SDR-iq screen.

May not be a viable frequency for WR or anyone for that matter?

*Aviation weather broadcast on HF
Seacoast of NH  RXR's =3 X SDR-iq's, 1 x SDRPlays, and 11 AirspyHF+'s . TXR's = 2 X TS-590S,  ANAN200D, 2 x IC-7300's, IC-7610, 2 X IC-7100. Antennas = Resonant wire dipoles, 120' end fed wires, or 2 X SteppIR 3 ele beam @ 70' fixed NE/SW directions. Also host Remotehams.com servers (RX/TX) as well as SDR Console servers V3.xx (RX Only) too!

That's an SDR image. My SDR-14 picks up Trenton (6754 kHz) as well on 6950 under some conditions. I assume your SDR-IQ was set to a 196 kHz sample rate (the maximum). 6754 + 196 = 6950.

ahhh... thank you! Never knew images were up so high in frequency. I know in the LW band there's images galore.
Still there at ANY bandwidth though. Hmmmmm....
