For me, this is a new FRQ, even though there's a Kaliningrad channel on 5145! Audibility check is in progress: S9 is the leading station, S7 is the receiving station - it's counting from 1 to 10. It's unusual for it to pronounce the number 4 as "cztyre" and not "czetyre". https://voca.ro/1bpNDvVJhvLO
