SDR recording catch here. Very strong signal. I heard the Moos at 0024z, tough to tell what was said between them. The last word seemed to be "action".

Heard again around 0055z. "Moof equals vertical catmunk action vertical catmunk action moof" is the best I can come up with.

The OM sounds like Toynbee Radio?

Your translation is pretty close to what I wrote in the logbook last nite.  I agree that the op sounds familiar.

Very relieved that someone else caught this; thought I had beans in my ears there for a while.
