Listening via the SDR in Fork Union, Virginia, which is receiving an S7+ signal and pretty good audio amid all the noise ...

0133 UTC: "Return to Innocence" by Enigma.
0137 UTC: "The Host of Seraphim" by Dead Can Dance. I hear peskies or someone else talking underneath the music.
0243 UTC: Female-voiced IDs for Radio Free Euphonia.

0145 S9 with a pesky right below very strong.
All reports given are direct from my station in NYC.
Main toys are a Flex SDR, Icom 756 Pro II and other assorted odds & ends. They may be older, but work very well for me.

0146 S8-9 here tonight with good audio. Despite the good signal, static is eroding the audio at times here. Conditions are challenging here on Long Island.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, CB antenna, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise.
