Did anyone else get an email from "Dick Spacewalker" on May 19 announcing test broadcasts on May 20 by Space Shuttle Radio? They were supposed to be on 9290 kHz starting at 1000 UTC and running possibly all day.  I checked SDRs here and in Europe and heard nothing all day.  Very disappointing - it would have been fun.
