Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

Listening via the SDR in Shrewsbury, Vermont ...

2253 UTC: "Even Flow" by Pearl Jam.
2255 UTC: "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana.
2300 UTC: Kimberly with ID for "Flashback Alternatives" show. Sounds like this might be recorded off another station. That was followed by another song.
2302 UTC: "Poison" by Bel Biv DeVoe -- a song that rang out from boomboxes while I was in college.
2307 UTC: "Waiting for the Night" by Depeche Mode.
2313 UTC: "Right Here Right Now" by Jesus Jones, a song from an album I own.
2316 UTC: "Stay" by Shakespears Sister.
2319 UTC: "Don't You Forget About Me" by Simple Minds.
2323 UTC: "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tear for Fears.

Thanks for the classic tunes this evening!
