Tuned in at 0120utc, weak/poor sig, much fading, Drake R8 & 7mhz dipole, obscure pop tune, ID at Pirate Radio Boston, sed [email protected]

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, CB antenna, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise.
