nice recording catch in NW Germany, I was able to listen to the entire broadcast.

02.06 UTC On, cell phone calls
02.08 UTC talk by operator, beeps
02.12 UTC sounded like answers of calls
02.25 UTC Announcement (station ID? - but unsure)
02.26 UTC talk, WWV ID heard, time beeps
02.33 UTC signal vanished, most likely OTA

SDR recording catch. 0205 sign on with an operator saying "Hello, you've reached..." and into a continuous series of old telephone recordings, operators, dial tones, dialing, and other POTS sound effects. 

Very good signal, and minimal static from storms.
