VNG 7850 LSB 1410 UTC 22 JUN 2026

This station was on 7850 LSB while Dick Bulger was on 7850 USB:

1410 OM "VNG Victoria Australia... " then some music
1412 YL? Russian?
1413 Sounds like one or more voices mixed in over music.
1415 Clear VNG ID and then off

1419 Back on with VNG ID and frequencies, then music. Might be the same program as earlier?
1425 Off

Hmm... Now I am not sure if it was on the entire same time as the USB transmission... going back to listen. Pirate radio can be confusing some times.  ;D
