Received via G8JNJ SDR located in the South West UK. 

Heard references to "velocity" and 2-digit grouped lat/long coordinates.  Lots of single digit numeric readings Two stations on frequency, one is considerably weaker.  10227.1 kHz sounds better than 10227.0 for the stronger station.  10227.15 kHz even 10227.2 USB. 

Italian comms 10.227 MHz USB?
