S5 to S6 with "Blue on Black" @ 0138z.
Signal up and down - peaks to S9 @ 0150z, although there are also some occasional deep fades to nothing.

ID "this is radio ______ shortwave" There were 2 syllables, it sounded like "Lopez". I guess it was Ronin!

Low signal, but I can copy pretty good.

SDR recording catch. I heard some music starting around 0127z, then dead air, then the Radio Ronin interval signal at 0135.
Very poor reception.
