0112 UTC ,,, tones heard in  N. Central Texas. 5 by 6 to 5x 8 report, qsb ...  lots of qrn again tonight. Tones intermittent , they come and go.
0142 UTC ... made a video report of tones and general band condx. Vid link good for 48 hrs.

I'm fairly confident this was a UTE, possibly related to the LINK-11 transmissions just a few kHz higher.
