Lotta noise tonight, a weak signal, or both. SINPO  23112

Got lucky and was able to hear "Ghost Radio" at 0254z. First time I've heard the station. The music is too noisy and weak to use Shazam.  "This is Ghost Radio" heard again at 0300z. Shazam works now, apparently, with "The Ghost on the Shore" by Lord Huron followed the ID.
