Posting this here for now...

This is a strange one that I posted last week to the IRCA group, but no one seems to have any info on it - was parked on 1070 AM and around 01:18z started to hear time pips fade in that were on the half second and then a long tone followed by a short one and back to the half second ones.  It eventually faded away around 01:21z.  The Spanish underneath is WCSZ 'La Jefa' out of S Carolina not connected with the pips.  Possibly a provincial Cuban station since Reloj is not listed for this frequency?  I don't think I've ever heard a time station with half second pips regardless of who it is.  I also heard these pips fade in & out from 01:34z-01:36z on 08/05.
