4096 beacon and Hiker on KPH SDR

I hear a 4096 kc beacon on the KPH SDR about one dit per sec..then it seems to go into a long dash mode and then back to the dit mode.
Hiker 7998.5 kc one sec dashs
Time hearing these beacons is 1405 utc

Hearing dasher on 4096.07 just before 0300 on 9/11/26 Zulu.  Just above noise level with few good peaks to S5 or better.  Saw it on NUT SDR a few days ago but could barely make it out at home - condx much better tonight.
