https://www.rigpix.com/mischam/moonraker_luna.htm      Looks like a neat rig. Kind of looks Yaesu-like. Receiver sensitivity looks nice, at .2uV. Question is, how's the selectivity and out-of-band rejection? Looks made for the Euro market, with 2M only being from 144MHz - 146MHz, and UHF being 430MHz - 440MHz. And, Current draw on high being 10A? That's pretty conservative. Using a Kenwood TM-D710A, as an example, 50W on UHF draws more than 11A on that rig. So, I would suspect that if this Moonraker actually did 60W on 440MHz, it would draw more than 10A. I do like the display on it though. I'd like to see the reviews of the perks & jerks on this rig, before I'd consider it.
The best two statements of advice that I've ever gotten are from my brother-in-law in the early 1990's. 1st one, when I bought a used '89 Olds Cutless, my bro-in-law said, "Congratulations!!! You've just bought a deficit!". The other, was on a work environment, " No matter where you go, it's going to be f***'ed -up!". No truer words have been spoken.

How much of this stuff makes its way to the US market?

In the UK we seem flooded with cheap chinese radios - handhelds and mobiles.

Not seen one or know anyone that has bought one but if it’s anything like the Moonraker Titan 10m set I wouldn’t bother.
Cheaply made, looks the part but lots of little annoying things about it. Also my mic PTT failed after 3 months of light use and had to be replaced.
Okay for a ‘starter rig’ or to chuck in a works van but I’d advise to spend a little more on something like Anytone or lower end Yaesu.
Currently using:
Sangean ATS-909X, Lowe HF-125, Trio R-2000, Yaesu FRG-7.
Various Loops, Wire Antennas with Howes CTU8 ATU.

Shazam used when needed

Well, let's be honest, anything marketed as a "10m" rig is basically a CB radio in disguise to get around local sales regs.

The last 10m radio that was almost honest was the (very) old Belcom LS102 in the 1980s

Yeah, I’d agree on that and even then it’s nowhere near the quality of Anytone, CRT or President radios.
It served a purpose, I bought it for quick portable deployment when 10m was wide open because I didn’t fancy disconnecting the Yaesu ft-897 CAT control in the shack every time.
