LATE LOG: Station was barely heard earlier, but I was called away right as the signal finally was strong enough to just be heard slightly. I didn't have time to write down any notes about the log. Thanks for the show that was beginning to make it down here.....barely.
All logs made from my own SDRs, boatanchors, and antennas
QTH: vicinity of Auburn, Alabama

0010 UTC 6945 USB S-9 to S-9 plus 20 over.  Great signal.  Lots of ads and chit chat.  Radio 48.  Follows CKLW The Big Eight format, in days gone by.  60 foot longwire  and new AOR AR-DV3 receiver.  Near Detroit, Michigan.  Pirate band is super busy here for me today.  Reminds me of Ballsmacker Radio in audio quality on tone.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, CB antenna, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise.
