27.255 MHz AM Taxi Cab Dispatch + RCRS Data Bursts 2250 UTC 10 Sept 2026

Received locally here in Richmond, VA.  Also hearing it on the N1NTE SDR receiver.  Lots and lots of QRM from AM voice, FM voice and data bursts (RCRS - Class C CB radio).  Most voice traffic is in AM mode 27255kHz AM.  CB radio channel 23 AM.  Heard Portuguese language and English mixing together on top of and with the taxi dispatcher lady - Spanish language taxi cab on CB channel 23.  MFSK data BURRRTTTT BURRRRTTTT BUURRTTTT bursts every...0.5 to 1 second or so...sometimes every 5-10 seconds.  Seems to be multiple datalink networks on the same frequency coming in.
