This station seems to be there every day, yet tonight the audio was somewhat stronger for a while, so I could identify most songs and some talk by female and male. I definitely heard the Italian word "stazione" at 2011 UTC.

Is this one of the new Finnish stations? Or anything else?

Radio Piepzender, Radio Europe (have been heard) and Roll FM (FIN) use this frequency which are licensed so probably an allocated frequency under licensing conditions.
Others have used this frequency so I am guessing playlists are being run almost continuously as a channel marker to say the frequency is in use.
FRS Holland also use it but don’t broadcast often.
