SINPO 45324  Good bit of white noise, but it seems to be decreasing. Signal level is quite good. Very listenable.  Great clean modulation and audio  Strongest signal on the 6.9 MHz band in SE PA at 2233 UTC

VG/excellent signal. On a few min after the Art Bell Halloween notification. Started with an announcement about program #4 of the Motown Anthology starting, a bit of silence, then announcement repeated, a bit of silence, then into program #3 of the Motown anthology with lots of Motown music through the years
