27.300 MHz USB - UNID Comms (Portuguese ??) 2055 UTC 6 October 2026

A nice "in between channels" frequency.  This may be the guys that were previously on 27.265 MHz USB - CB Channel 26 USB.  There are now some strong AM mode stations on 27265 AM so a frequency change makes sense.  Could be more Brazilians.  27300 kHz USB 27.300 USB 27,300.0 USB.  Channel 30 frequency 27.305 MHz -5kHz RU/PL channel plan or the "zeros"
