Received locally and via the W3HFU SDR receiver.   YL dispatcher, good signal, nice sounding AM modulation with characteristic single-tone end of transmission beep (Roger beep).

Frequency 27785kHz 27.785 MHz 27,785kHz AM 27.7850 MHz AM.

Taxi cab radio dispatch, Spanish language.  YL dispatcher, lady reading numbers in Spanish.

Dispatcher's transmitter:   27785.3 kHz
At least one of the mobiles talking to the dispatcher:  27784.8 kHz
Another mobile replying to the dispatcher:  27785.1 kHz

So not bad at all.

This is another "usual suspect", and comes in almost as often as 26.765 MHz AM out of Mexico City.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m

Once I heard a taxi company on channel 4,I think they were from Vermont..

Do they use PL tones so they cant hear just any of us?

I have tried to key up and say hello but they didnt answer me :D
