Noted somebody keying up (complete with end of transmission beep) on the waterfall while monitoring the lower bands - specifically band B, 26.065 MHz to 26.505 MHz...and of course that includes the super fun party frequency of 26.375 MHz AM.

Somewhat interesting frequency and mode choice of 26400 kHz 26.4 MHz 26.400MHz FM.  I did manage to capture a short video clip of it the signal and the waveform on the waterfall of W3HFU's SDR.
