Received via W3HFU SDR receiver.  YL dispatcher speaking Spanish starting to fade up out of the noise.  No sign of anything on UK FM CB channel 19, which is right next door in frequency on 27.781 MHz - 27.78125 MHz FM. 

If the band conditions continue as they tend to do, this taxi cab radio dispatcher on 27785 kHz AM will get stronger over the next few hours, and other taxi cab radio signals will start popping up all over the 25.615 MHz to 27.995 MHz band, both inside and outside the legal CB band.
