First noted around 1330 UTC 13:30 GMT. Heard what sounds like Greek language on there at first...then Polish...then Russian...then German...lots of open carriers and somebody has a mic keyed with music and background noise in the background.
Received via the UK based Wessex SDR receiver. This might be a CB radio gateway, that is, linked base stations.
"I can't copy...I can't copy...many QSB..." at 1343 UTC (in English). To be fair, there is a lot of QSB. Also there's somebody on 27.355 MHz USB (CB Channel 35 USB) that's way down in the noise and they're getting picked up by the repeater receiver or a remote receiver (at times).
"Thank you very much, for the contact, my friend". at 1344 UTC (in English). Sounds like I'm only hearing one side of the conversation? Now another station is on frequency. Language changed again, at 1345 UTC, I think this is Portuguese? I'm not 100% sure, but there's a lot of folks on frequency, or accessing wherever the receiver(s) for this system are located. I'm not seeing a simulcast of this QSO on other frequencies - i.e. 27.375 MHz, 27.385 MHz, 27.395 MHz and/or 27.405 MHz. I know there's one linked gateway system in Czech Republic or maybe Germany or Austria and it simulcasts the same signal on 27.355 MHz as well as many other frequencies in the channel 35 to channel 40 ballpark, all FM mode.
