Received via G8JNJ SDR receiver at 1355 UTC.  Note:  the 27.505 MHz and 27.845 MHz pagers are also coming in, as are the data/paging bursts on 26.945 MHz and 26.960 MHz.  Russian taxi cab CB repeater is still coming in nicely on 27.330 MHz, however, I can also hear Italians on 27.465 MHz AM and U.S. CB radio signals on 27.025 MHz AM (CB channel 6), 27.085 MHz AM (CB channel 11) and sporadically on other frequencies like CB Channel 28 - 27.285 MHz AM and of course 27.385 MHz LSB CB Channel 38LSB

I think this is either some sort of on site hospital pager or local-area alerting system (paging system, tone out pager, etc.) or something like that.

27.885 MHz 27885 kHz transmissions consist of a a 0.5 second unmodulated FM carrier, pager/data transmission, a few moments of unmodulated FM carrier, several beeps/tones in a row, another pause, a short voice message (YL speaker, UNID language), another pause, then another data or pager transmission.

There are also some just regular old paging transmissions that do not have the "lead up" unmodulated carrier or the "tail end" unmodulated carrier after the transmission is complete.  These sound similar to the signals heard on 27.845 MHz, but not identical to the data paging bursts that are transmitted with the voice message.
