27.050 MHz FM 27050 kHz FM - CB Repeater - Russia - 23 October 2026

Received via the G8JNJ SDR receiver. 

27050 kHz 27,050 kHz FM 27050 FM - CB repeater - simplex repeater or crossband link?  Lots of "key ups" and dead carriers...this may be a ARC Auto Radio Club type system that is cross-band repeater patched to UHF band, usually the 433 MHz band or perhaps PMR446.

At 1406 UTC, I can hear what sounds like a stuck mic, somebody talking in the background but very low audio.  I know there are several simplex repeaters on 27050 FM and also on 27055 FM 27.050MHz FM 27.055 MHz FM CB channel 8 repeater.
