Receiver is located in the UK.  These guys are on here every night..roughly 2900 kHz to 3200 kHz or so, 2.9 MHz to 3.2 MHz or 3.3 MHz...so 95 meter band?  100 meter band?  100 meters is 3.000 MHz, most activity seems to be in the 3000 kHz to 3200 kHz region specifically.

3110 kHz AM seems to be the "ballpark".  Lots of drifty AM signals.  Seems to be older equipment.  3.110 MHz.

Carrier frequencies noted:

3109.2 kHz AM
3109.1 kHz AM
3110.4 kHz AM
3111.0 kHz AM (frequency slowly drifting down)
3109.1 kHz AM (frequency drifted down to 3109.0 kHz)
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
