Listening via the SDR in Presque Isle, Wisconsin, which is receiving a big S10+ signal from this with good audio amid tonight's noise levels ...

2358 UTC: Scary sounds over slow-moving, tonal music.
0004 UTC: Distorted male voice talking, ending with "We are now ceasing operation of the Black Mountain Transmitter."
0006 UTC: More scary sounds, a long tone, then more noises.
0009 UTC: Monkey sounds, and someone saying the monkeys have taken over, then more spooky noises, including bird calls?
0010 UTC: Male voice: "There's a bunch of wackos on this frequency!" Then more noises.
0011 UTC: Off.
