26760kHz 26.760MHz LSB
26760 LSB
26,760 kHz LSB
26.76 MHz

Receiver: UK based G8JNJ SDR receiver located in the South West UK.

This is an interesting frequency choice, as it is one of the "zeros" and its below CB channel 1.  The Portuguese language chatter and distinct background noise leads me to think these guys may be fishermen - fishery radio type comms peskies pescadores on 11 meters!  Fishermen on 26 MHz.  26760 is an easy to remember frequency.  The fact that they're using lower side band is also kind of interesting.

Or...they're just regular old 11 meter CB freeband free band out of band operators who found a pretty darn clear frequency.  The usual taxi cab dispatcher lady is not coming in at the moment (remember this is a UK based receiver) on 26.765 MHz AM 26765 kHz AM.

26.7600 MHz is also NZ 26 MHz CB Radio channel 39 - CBL Channel 39, with AM and SSB modes permitted.

26760 kHz is also one of the Japanese 27MHz Double Side Band DSB Marine Fishery Radio Service - 1W-DSB FISHERY RADIO SERVICE JAPAN

But these guys were not speaking Japanese.
