Received via G8JNJ SDR receiver, U.S. CB radio traffic in FM mode on channel 16.  Multiple stations talking to each other (in FM mode).  Severe QRM.  Tune in time:  1241 UTC on 07 November 2026.  Informal CB radio chatter, lots of colorful language.

CB Radio Channel 16

By 1243 UTC, topic of conversation changed to the OM's opinion of law enforcement (not a very positive one).  Nice FM signals, bandwidth peaking at roughly 9-10 kHz.

"Were you Peter's Road, is that where you got the ticket?"

1244 UTC:  QSB became more severe, along with more QRM from 27.160 MHz FM (weak, but still there) and AM signals on 27.155MHz
1245 UTC: "It's a roadblock thing"
1245 UTC: continued talking about speeding tickets - signal strengths peaked at almost S7, dropped down
1246 UTC: "that's $36,000 a month...."
1246 UTC: co-channel AM signals now causing severe QRM.  Russian CB traffic on 27.150 MHz FM also coming in..
